For over a century, Samsonite has become the worldwide leader in innovative travel solutions.  Since its birth in 1910, Samsonite continually changes to adapt to the changing lifestyle of travel.  While working at FM Design, London the Oyster II range was conceived. A unique hard-sided case that became the first range to feature recessed handles and locks within the protective shells.  Employing gas injection polymer handles reduced the weight of the luggage to become the lightest in the industry.  Recognized with an IF Design Award, the Oyster II continues to travel the globe.
